These terms govern text messages (SMS) from The Learning Tree (“we,” “us”), a childcare provider in Minot, North Dakota.
Our messaging programs
- Enrollment inquiries: prospective families who submit our inquiry form and check the SMS consent box may receive texts about tours, openings, and enrollment.
- Staff messaging: employees who provide their number and consent may receive work-related texts (schedules, coverage, closures).
- Family communications: enrolled families who opt in may receive school updates, reminders, and closures.
